El diputado del Partido Republicano Mauricio Ojeda, presentó un recurso de protección en la Corte de Apelaciones de Valparaíso, y el que busca eliminar el pase de movilidad.Según detalló en sus redes sociales, el recurso fue presentado por iniciativa del parlamentario y con apoyo de 12.500 personas que firmaron, de manera virtual, su acción judicial, para la que pidió firmas a través de un formulario digital.El parlamentario ha señalado que el instrumento que restringe el acceso a lugares cerrados de personas que no cuentan con su esquema de vacunación al día, “viola algunas de nuestras garantías constitucionales”.Agregó, a modo de ejemplo, también el daño que genera en emprendedores, quienes siguen con pérdidas pese a que, metro, micros y malos están completamente llenos sin que les exiga a quienes ahí están, el citado pase de movilidad.
